lovely touches everywhere

The avon was the room we had it was lovely! it had everything i needed like a little fridge with fresh milk and two bottles of water. even a radio played relax music when i arrived, and pillow mist was on the bedside unit. the hand wash and other bath items are items i am looking to order. breakfast service was great. We both enjoyed a full english with freshly cooked and lovely presented items.
our room was a little noisy. it was right next to a busy road

The room decor met my expectations. It was quite lovely.
the cold tap in the bathroom did not work. i had to use water from the shower instead. the fridge was also non-functional, preventing use of the mini bar and proper milk storage.

i appreciated the dog-friendly environment and the tastefully decorated room , it included everything i needed and more. the food was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to everyone. free parking was available , which was very helpful.
during my week-long stay , i noticed there was insufficient hanging space. this made it difficult to keep my clothes organized , as i had to leave them in my suitcase.
